Road Closure Advisory – King of the Mountain (KOM) Genting Highlands

Please be advised that in conjunction with the King of the Mountain (KOM) Genting Highlands cycling event, the downhill road from Bus Depot, Genting Highlands to Genting Sempah R&R Roundabout will be closed on Wednesday, 3 September 2025, from 8:00am to 1:00pm. This route will be used by event riders travelling uphill after the flag-off at Dataran Bentong.
 
Traffic arrangements are as follows:

• Uphill traffic from Kuala Lumpur will operate as usual.
• Uphill traffic from Bentong will be closed at Genting Sempah R&R Roundabout from 8:30am to 10:00am.
• Downhill traffic along the affected route will not be permitted for the entire closure period. 
  

Guests are advised to plan their journey accordingly and follow the instructions of traffic personnel on-site.
