Will I need to replace my card if my membership is downgraded?
Not necessarily! Replacing your physical card is optional.

Your updated membership tier will be reflected in our system. We recommend using digital membership by downloading the RWG App, where you can check your latest status and use the virtual membership card to enjoy your benefits and privileges. If you would still prefer to update your physical card, you may visit any Genting Rewards Kiosk or Guest Services counter at any time to request a replacement.

Can I upgrade my membership in 2026?
Sure! You will be upgraded when you achieve the Tier Point requirement for the respective tiers. This applies only for upgrade to Silver and Gold statuses. I’m ready for a tier upgrade.

Congratulations on your upgrade!

You can start enjoying your upgraded benefits right away using the virtual membership card in the RWG App—no physical card change required. If you’d like a physical card that reflects your new tier, simply visit any Genting Rewards Kiosk or Guest Services counter at your convenience.

1. Members are required to earn Tier Points in  YR2026 to adhere to the membership structure for the following year.
2. Tier Breaks remain unchanged as 100TP for Silver, 300TP for Gold, and 10,000TP for Platinum (By invitation).
3. Replacement of lost cards will be charged with either GP deduction or cash payment. 
4. Genting Points have a three-year validity from the date of earning. If no point-earning activity is recorded within a three-year period, all accumulated points will automatically expire on the 28th day of the member’s birthday month.
5. Membership benefits are non-transferable. Members must be personally present and present a valid Genting Rewards card or membership QR code via the RWG App to enjoy any benefits.
6. Genting Rewards Member’s Day is valid on the the 18th of each month from January to December 2026, as well as on Double Digit Days: 02.02, 03.03, 04.04, 05.05, 06.06, 07.07, 08.08, 09.09, 10.10 and 11.11.
7. During the Genting Rewards Member’s Day, members may earn up to 8X Tier Points (TP) for every RM1 spent via cash, credit/debit card, or e-wallet at participating outlets (excluding hotels), including outlets at Genting Highlands Premium Outlets (GHPO) and Johor Premium Outlets (JPO).
8. Extra Genting Points and Tier Points earned from Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park, Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park, and Awana SkyWay tickets are determined based on the date of utilisation, not the date of purchase.
9. The promotion is subject to each outlet’s operational status. If a participating outlet is closed during the promotional period, members will not be eligible to enjoy the offer at that outlet.
10. Members must be personally present at the point of payment and present a valid Genting Rewards card or membership QR code via the RWG App to qualify for extra Tier Points and/or Genting Points. Requests for retroactive credit or reimbursement will not be entertained.
11. The “Monthly Complimentary Room” entitlement is granted based on a member’s tier and activity status, and is subject to rooms availability and other eligibility criteria. Inactive members may not be entitled to this entitlement. A maximum of one (1) complimentary room per stay date applies per member, and management reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
12. All discounted and or complimentary benefits or entitlements are strictly non-transferable and not to be resold. Any attempt to resell such benefits or entitlements will render them null and void, and no refunds or replacements will be provided.
13. Misuse of membership benefits or entitlements, including but not limited to the reselling of discounted or complimentary benefits or entitlements, may result in suspension of benefits or termination of membership without prior notice, at the sole discretion of GENM.
14. GENM reserves the right, at its own discretion, to add, remove or vary any privileges or benefits available under the Membership without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, members shall not be entitled to any compensation arising from such addition, removal or variation (as the case may be).
15. Members of the Programme are bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Genting Rewards Loyalty Programme, including any updated versions of the Terms and Conditions as may be issued from time to time, which will be available at https://www.rwgenting.com/gentingrewards.
16. Genting Malaysia Berhad (GENM) reserves the right to cancel, amend, add to, or modify this promotion and its Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
