I need to change my card to enjoy this extension?
No. You may continue to enjoy the same tier benefits using your existing membership card.

Can I upgrade my membership in 2023?
Sure! You will be upgraded when you achieve the Tier Point requirement for the respective tiers. This applies only for upgrade to Silver and Gold statuses.

I’m ready for a tier upgrade. Do I need a new card?
Congratulations on your upgrade! Yes, please speak to a Genting Rewards staff and we’ll be happy to issue a new card to reflect your upgraded status.

Do I need to collect Tier Points in 2024 to maintain my membership status for the following year?
Yes. This extension is offered for one-time only and valid through 31 December 2024. The Annual Tier Review for membership classification will resume on this date. Your total Tier Point in the calendar year of 2024 will determine your status for year 2025.  

1. This exceptional 1-year free pass to remain the membership status until 31 Dec 2024 is applicable to all the Genting Rewards Silver/SkySilver, Gold/SkyGold and Platinum members.
2. Members will still be encouraged to earn Tier Points for upgrading purposes.
3. Members still need to earn Tier Points in YR2024 to adhere to the membership structure for the following year.4. Tier Breaks remain unchanged as 100TP for Silver/SkySilver, 300TP for Gold/SkyGold, and 10,000TP for Platinum (By invitation).
4. Replacement of lost cards will be charged with either GP deduction or cash payment. 
5. Genting Points will remain as a three-year lifespan from point of earning whether through gaming or non-gaming. If there are no point-earning activities recorded over the past three years, the balance of the accumulated points will automatically expire on the 28th day of member’s birthday month. 
6. In 2024, the Genting Points expiry regime will be paused; however, members are required to earn 1GP during the year to extend its validity. The standard expiration regime will resume in YR2025. As a reminder, Genting Points have a three-year lifespan from point of earning, whether through gaming or non-gaming. If no point-earning activities recorded over the past three years, the accumulated points will automatically expire on the 28th day of the member’s birthday month.
   
7. The benefits accorded to the members are not transferable and they must present themselves personally with Genting Rewards card in order to enjoy the benefits.
