Prizes

  1. The campaign is open to the public. Genting Malaysia Bhd staff and third-party employees are STRICTLY prohibited from participating.
  2. Spend & Redeem Genting SkyWorlds Tickets:
    • A participant is limited to redeeming one (01) Genting SkyWorlds 1-Day Standard Theme Park ticket at Level 1, Information Counter, Zouk Atrium, SkyAvenue.
    • Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis, limited to the first 50 participants only.
    • Participants must also agree to follow and like the SkyAvenue’s official Instagram page. A form will be filled out by the participant to accept all terms and conditions.
    • To redeem the Genting SkyWorlds 1-Day Standard Theme Park Ticket(s), participants must meet all submission requirements and are not allowed to unfollow after redemption.
    • Reprint receipt is not acceptable. Receipt submission must be made on the same day of purchase.
    • Only applicable for original purchases made at any participating outlets in Resorts World Genting, excluding Concert/Show, Casino, Hotel, Genting Highland Premium Outlets (GHPO), Genting Rewards points, bill payments, reload cards, any form of gift cards/vouchers, money changers, banks, and services.
    • Ticket(s) are only valid from Monday to Thursday (excluding Friday, Weekend and Public Holiday) and tickets are valid till 31.08.2025 only.
    • All guest(s) must comply with the terms and conditions stipulated and adhere to all Genting SkyWorlds’ Rules and Regulations as stipulated in gentingskyworlds.com/rules-regulations.com.
  3. Holi-yay Memories Photo Contest:
    • Photo submission must be captured with Parents’ Day décor at Level 3 (in front of Swarovski), SkyAvenue.
    • Submissions are limited to one (01) post per person. Multiple entries will be considered as one (01), and each participant can win only one (01) prize.
    • Each day, the first 50 participants in the photo contest will receive exclusive Genting SkyWorlds merchandise for free. To claim your gift, show proof of participation at the Customer Information Counter.
    • Ten winners will be chosen based on creativity. The winner will be notified via direct message through Instagram to request relevant details.
    • Winners will be contacted by 25.06.2025 via the SkyAvenue Instagram direct message function.
    • Winners must respond within seven (07) days. Otherwise, the organisers reserve the right to pick a replacement winner.
    • Winners are required to collect the prize within 30 days after the announcement. The redemption period is only valid within one (01) month (01 – 31.07.2025)
  4. Redemption of prizes at Level 1, Customer Information Counter, Zouk Atrium, SkyAvenue, during mall operation hours [10am – 10pm], no shipping or delivery is allowed.
  5. Prizes are strictly not for resale, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
  6. The management reserves the right to add, amend or delete the above conditions at any time without prior notice.
  7. The management’s decision is final, and any objections and correspondence will not be entertained.
  8. The management reserves the right to reuse the images obtained from this contest for our promotional and advertising purposes. All images submitted will hereafter become the sole property of RWG. By joining this contest, participants agree to waive their copyright for the images submitted and are not eligible to claim credit for the images.
  9. By participating in this campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the management's decision.
