How to redeem your room e-voucher

  1. Log in with your mobile number/ email address/ membership ID. 
  2. Select your preferred check-in and check-out date and enter your unique voucher code. Click on the 'Search' button.
  3. Select your stay and click on the 'Book Now' button.
  4. Confirm your booking details on the summary page, then select 'Check-out'.
  5. Check your email inbox for your booking confirmation.
  6. The above only applicable to First World Hotel, Crockfords, Genting SkyWorlds Hotel and Resorts World Awana.

Important things to know when you redeem your room e-voucher

  • No validity extensions will be granted for your room e-voucher.
  • Login to https://book.rwgenting.com/ to make your reservation.
  • Your booking confirmation is subject to room availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Once your booking is confirmed, no amendments or cancellations will be entertained.
  • The e-voucher code is non-transferable or non-refundable in the event of no show or not utilised.
  • No replacement codes will be issued in the event of losing your voucher code due to whatsoever unforeseen circumstances.
  • The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.

  3. Select your preferred date and redemption quantity and click the 'Book Now' button.
  4. Confirm your booking details on the summary page, then select 'Check-out'.
  5. Check your email inbox for your ticket confirmation.
