Limited to one (01) set per transaction only. Exchange your receipt at any retail kiosk within Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park.

Note: Redemptions are limited to two times per member, while stocks last. 

  1. This promotion is open to all Genting Rewards members, excluding those with employee card types.
  2. Redemption is available exclusively via the RWG Mobile App.
  3. The offer is valid for redemption from 17 to 18 August 2025 only, and is limited to two (2) redemptions per member for the entire promotion period. Redemptions are on a first-come, first-served basis.
  4. Members' choice of redemption is at the discretion of the member. Once selected, the choice is final. Cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will not be allowed once the offer is redeemed via the RWG App.
  5. Upon redemption, members must present the virtual voucher via the official RWG App when claiming the item.
  6. Vouchers are valid for 3 days from the date of issuance and can only be used at Flavours of Genting (FOG).
  7. Redemption of the tumbler and mooncake sets can be made during FOG’s operating hours:
    • Flavours of Genting – First World Hotel (Lobby Floor)
      Operating Hours: 10:00am – 10:00pm
    • Flavours of Genting – Genting Grand Hotel (Lobby Floor)
      Operating Hours: 10:00am – 10:00pm
  8. Offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other items, in full or in part.
