A. GP REDEMPTION

1. This promotion is open to all the valid Genting Rewards members, including Sky Members, GFF and employee card types.
2. The e-vouchers are limited and can be redeemed via RWG Mobile App only, subject to first-come, first-served basis. No physical voucher is required.
3. The promotion is applicable from 18/01/2026 – 16/02/2026 (30 days).
4. Each member is entitled to redeem a maximum of two (2) e-vouchers throughout the campaign period.
5. E-vouchers are valid for three (3) days from the date of issuance. Expired e-vouchers will not be entertained.
6. E-vouchers can only be utilised for Tian Ma Plushie Redemption at SkyHanger Retail Store, Level 1, Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park. Tian Ma Plushie Redemption is subject to retail store operation hour and stock availability.
7. Genting Rewards members must personally present Genting Rewards card/ membership QR in RWG APP upon redemption, and show valid e-voucher from RWG APP to be eligible for the promotion at SkyHanger Retail Store, Level 1, Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park.
8. No screenshot of e-voucher is acceptable for the promotion entitlement.
9. The choice of promotion is at the discretion of the member, and once a selection is made, it is considered final. No cancellations or refunds will be entertained once the e-voucher is redeemed from RWG APP.

B. ACCUMULATE AND REDEEM
