8. No screenshot of e-voucher is acceptable for the promotion entitlement.
9. The choice of promotion is at the discretion of the member, and once a selection is made, it is considered final. No cancellations or refunds will be entertained once the e-voucher is redeemed from RWG APP.

   The Genting x Touch ‘n Go Limited Edition Extendable Charm comes with zero (RM0.00) stored value. You must top up the Charm with sufficient credit before it can be used.
2. Where You Can Use the Charm
   This Charm is an NFC-enabled Touch ‘n Go device. It can be used at Touch ‘n Go acceptance points, including parking, toll, and public transit, as long as it has a sufficient balance.
3. TNGSB Terms & Conditions Apply
   The use of the Genting x Touch ‘n Go Limited Edition Extendable Charm is governed by the official Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd (TNGSB) Terms & Conditions. Members are encouraged to review and understand these Terms & Conditions, which are available on the official Touch ‘n Go website (TNG_Products_Master_TNC.pdf).
4. Your Agreement
   By using the Charm, you agree to comply with all TNGSB policies, including but not limited to:
   • card activation
   • top-up and reload methods
   • usage and fees
   • reporting loss/theft
   • data privacy
5. Limitation of Liability
   Genting Malaysia Berhad (GENM) is not responsible for any issues related to the use or functionality of the Charm. This includes, but is not limited to:
   • incorrect balance
   • failed or disputed transactions
   • acceptance issues at Touch 'n Go terminals
