  1. The voucher can only be redeemed via the RWG Mobile App.
  2. The voucher redemption period is from 01/12/2025 to 31/12/2025.
  3. Limited to one (1) voucher per member per campaign throughout the entire promotion period. Voucher will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  4. Once a voucher has been redeemed through the RWG Mobile App, no cancellations and no refunds will be entertained.
  5. The voucher is valid for 3 days from the date of issuance (T+2 days).
  6. Members must present the virtual voucher via the official app upon voucher usage. Screenshot or copies of the eVoucher are not accepted.
  7. Members are required to exchange the voucher for a Touch ‘n Go card at Guest Services Counter located in Genting Highlands only.
  8. Location: Guest Services Counter, Level 1, SkyAvenue (Operation Hours: 24 hours daily)
  9. Note: The special edition card features an exclusive Genting 60th Anniversary design with a Zero (RM0.00) credit balance. User(s) must top-up the card with sufficient funds before use.
  10. Note: The card is an NFC-enabled Touch 'n Go card and can be used for payments at any Touch 'n Go acceptance points, subject to a sufficient balance.
  11. The usage of the Genting X Touch 'n Go Limited Edition Card is governed by the full Terms and Conditions of Touch 'n Go Sdn Bhd (TNGSB).
  12. Members are required to review and understand the terms & conditions of the card usage. These TNGSB Terms & Conditions can be found on the official Touch 'n Go website (https://www.touchngo.com.my/policies/terms-conditions).
  13. By using the card, the user acknowledges and agrees to comply with all TNGSB policies, including but not limited to, those pertaining to card activation, top-up methods, usage, fees, loss/theft reporting, and privacy.
  14. Genting Malaysia Berhad (GENM) is not responsible for any issues arising directly from the use or functionality of the Touch 'n Go system or card, including but not limited to balance discrepancies, transaction errors, or card acceptance issues. All such queries or issues should be directed to Touch 'n Go customer service.
  15. Members may utilize the RM30 F&B cash voucher at Grand Cha Chaan Teng (GCCT) located in Genting Highlands only.

  17. Please note that Grand Cha Chaan Teng (GCCT) serves Non-Halal food.
  18. The RM30 F&B Voucher is valid for food and non-alcoholic beverages only.
  19. Each voucher is valid for single-receipt use only. No change will be given for transactions below RM30. For transactions above RM30, members must pay the balance. Genting Points (GP) will only be awarded for the balance paid using cash, credit/debit card, or e-wallet.
  20. No Genting Points will be awarded for any portion of the payment made using Genting Points or vouchers.
  21. The offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other goods, in part or in full.
