  • Ticket price is subject to a RM4 processing fee.
  • Each transaction is eligible for only one special rate — either the Genting Rewards Members rate or the Visa Cardholder discount, applicable for online booking.
  • Every attendee MUST enter the hall with a ticket, including children of all ages & infants.
  • The concert starts at 6pm sharp, so please be seated by or before then.
  • Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance.

  1. Genting Rewards members are entitled to a 15% discount on VIP – PS3 ticket categories with cash, credit card or Genting Points payment only.
  2. Visa cardholders are also entitled to a 15% discount on VIP – PS3 ticket categories with online payment only.
  3. A standard child ticket rate is RM50. Children must be shorter than 95cm to be eligible for a child ticket priced at RM50 without a seat, while children taller than 95cm must purchase tickets according to the published rates.
  4. Each ticket includes admission for one (01) person and is applicable across all ages, including children and infants.
  5. The discounted rates published above are only available to a stipulated number of tickets and are subject to change without prior notice.
  6. Tickets are on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
  7. Tickets sold are NOT refundable or exchangeable.
  8. The Organiser shall not be liable and responsible for any loss or damage to the tickets sold.
  9. No third-party ticket collection is allowed unless an Authorization Letter, photocopy of the credit card that made the payment and credit card holder's NRIC/ passport is issued by the Purchaser and presented upon ticket collection on the event day. Failing to produce any of these documents, the organiser reserves the right to not release the ticket(s).
  10. The resale of tickets at the same or any price in excess of the initial purchase price is prohibited. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel tickets not purchased from rwgenting.com or other authorised points of sale listed on Resorts World Genting’s website only.
  11. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold or used by third parties in connection with other promotions without a refund, and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
  12. Strictly no video recording and photography allowed during the show.
  13. Video cameras, cameras and tablet computers such as iPads are not allowed in the venue.
  14. Lost or damaged ticket(s) will not be entertained.
