  1. This promotion is open to all the valid Genting Rewards members, including SkyCard Members. (excluding Employee’s card type)
  2. The voucher can only be redeemed via the RWG Mobile App.
  3. The voucher redemption period is from 17/10/2025 to 18/10/2025.
  4. Limited to one (1) voucher per member per campaign throughout the entire promotion period. Voucher will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  5. The choice of promotion is at the discretion of the member, and once a selection is made, it is considered final. No cancellations or refunds will be entertained once the voucher is redeemed from RWG APP. 
  6. Members are required to show the virtual voucher via the official app upon voucher usage.
  7. The voucher is valid for 3 days from the date of issuance.
  8. Voucher utilisation is only accepted at Flavours of Genting (FOG).
  9. Members can only collect the lunch box set & FOG Products set during FOG operating hours daily.
