Terms and conditions:

1. Genting Rewards members must redeem the voucher via RWG Mobile App before utilising it.
2. This promotion is open to members who made a room booking with cash payment only. Bookings must be fully paid at least 3 days before the selected public holiday.
   a. e.g.: For a public holiday set on 02.06, the payment cut-off date will be on 29.05. Members who confirmed their room booking with payment completed on or before 29.05 will be entitled to this promotion, subject to the terms and conditions indicated here.
   b. Hotels applicable for this promotion: Crockfords, Genting Grand, Highlands Hotel, Resort Hotel, Genting SkyWorlds Hotel, First World Hotel, and Resorts World Awana.
3. This voucher can only be redeemed via RWG Mobile App on the selected PH dates.
4. Voucher availability is limited for each selected PH Date on a first-come, first served basis. Redemption may be limited and is not guaranteed.
5. Once a voucher is redeemed from the RWG Mobile App, cancellation will not be entertained.
6. Members are required to show the virtual voucher via the official app upon voucher usage.
7. Redemption is capped to 1 entitlement per member per PH Date. Each virtual voucher is valid for 2 days from the date of issuance.
8. Voucher utilisation for high-tea set is strictly for dine-in only (subject to the high-tea set serving time) due to food safety precautions.
   a. Lobby Lounge, Genting Grand: 2pm – 5pm
   b. Park Avenue Lounge, Sky Avenue : 12nn – 6.30pm
9. Genting SkyWorlds 1-Day Standard Ticket voucher utilisation only accepted at Genting SkyWorlds Outdoor Theme Park, subject to park operating hours. (10am - 6pm)
10. Skytropolis 1-Day Unlimited Ride Pass voucher utilisation only accepted at Genting Indoor Theme Park, subject to park operating hours. (10am - 10pm, daily)
11. The offer is not applicable with other promotions. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be extended for whatever reason.
