  1. This promotion is open to all valid Genting Rewards members, including Sky Members (excluding RWG employees).
  2. The entitlements can only be redeemed via RWG Mobile App. No physical voucher is required.
  3. The promotion is applicable from 15 September 2025 to 28 October 2025.
  4. Voucher redemption is subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis, menu items are subject to change and while stocks last.
  5. Each member is entitled to redeem maximum two (2) vouchers, while new members will be entitled for maximum three (3) vouchers throughout the campaign period.
  6. Vouchers are valid for three (3) days from the date of issuance. Expired / lost vouchers will not be entertained.
  7. Vouchers can only be utilised for FUHU bento sets at FUHU, Zouk Atrium, SkyAvenue (below Burger & Lobster), and is available daily (Monday to Sunday) from 12noon till 11pm.
  8. Genting Rewards members must personally present Genting Rewards card / membership QR in RWG APP upon payment, and show valid eVoucher from RWG APP to be eligible for the promotion at FUHU, Zouk Atrium, SkyAvenue.
  9. No screenshot of eVoucher is acceptable for the promotion entitlement.
  10. The choice of promotion is at the discretion of the member, and once a selection is made, it is considered final. No cancellations or refunds will be entertained once the e-voucher is redeemed from RWG APP.
  11. The offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash or any other form for whatever reason.
  12. Genting Malaysia Berhad reserves the right to add or amend the promotion at any time without prior notice.
