  1. This promotion is open to all valid Genting Rewards members, including Sky Members, and excludes all employees.
  2. Entitlements may only be redeemed via the RWG Mobile App. No physical vouchers will be issued or accepted.
  3. This promotion is valid on 22 November 2025 only.
  4. E-voucher redemptions are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Menu items are subject to change and are available while stocks last.
  5. Each member is entitled to redeem a maximum of two (02) e-vouchers on the event day.
  6. E-vouchers are valid only on the date of redemption (T+0). Expired e-vouchers will not be accepted.
  7. Each e-voucher may be redeemed for one (01) RM25 cash voucher, which is valid for one (01) Awana coffee and one (01) pastry at the Coffee in The Clouds event, located at Food Hall, Awana Village, Resorts World Awana. Redemption is available from 10am to 8pm.
  8. Genting Rewards members must personally present their Genting Rewards card or membership QR code in the RWG App upon payment and display a valid e-voucher from the RWG App to be eligible for the promotion at the Coffee in The Clouds event.
  9. Screenshots of e-vouchers will not be accepted for this promotion.
  10. The choice of promotion is at the discretion of the Genting Rewards member. Once a selection is made, it is deemed final. No cancellations or refunds will be allowed once the e-voucher has been redeemed in the RWG App.
