TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General

  • All Membership benefits and privileges are personal to the Member and shall not be transferable to any third party.
  • Members must be personally present and produce their valid Membership card when redeeming any benefit or privilege under the Membership.
  • All discounted and or complimentary ticket and or entry pass are strictly not to be resold. Any resold tickets will be nullified and no refunds or replacements will be provided for such nullified tickets.
  • Misuse of member’s benefits including but not limited to reselling of discounted or complimentarytickets and or entry pass will be subjected to member’s benefits suspension or membership termination without prior notice at the discretion of GENM.
  • GENM reserves the right to, at its own discretion, to add, remove or vary any privileges that are available under the Membership without any prior notice to the Member. For the avoidance of doubt, the Member shall not be entitled to any compensation in respect of such addition, removal or variation (as the case may be).
  • Any Member of the Programme will be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Genting Rewards Loyalty Programme and any updated versions of the Terms and Conditions as may be issued from time to time, such version which will be available at https://www.rwgenting.com/gentingrewards.
  • GENM reserves the right to cancel, amend or modify these Terms and Conditions (as may be revised by GENM from time to time) at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice to the Member.
  • The Member shall keep GENM fully indemnified from and against all loss and damage, sufferedor incurred by GENM, directly or indirectly caused, arising from or relating to the Member’s use of the Membership Card and/or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Other policies, terms and conditions relating to the privileges apply, including but not limited to park rules and regulations of SkyWorlds, and standard policies relating to the Clubs, VIP areas and lounge.

 

2. Hotel

  • Exclusive members' preferred room rates and complimentary room upgrade are subject to availability. Black-out dates may apply. Each member enjoys up to a maximum of two rooms per night. For inquiry or book, may sign in to Resort World Genting (RWG) official website https://www.rwgenting.com/Hotels/, download RWG mobile app or contact Customer Services hotline +603-27181118.
  • Platinum and Gold/Sky Gold members are required to tap or swipe their membership card at the card reader of car park entrance gantry to enjoy the automatic complimentary all-day parking. Failure to do so would be subject to car park prevailing charges.
  • The complimentary all-day parking is valid for 1 vehicle per member only; exclude valet parking charges

 

3. F&B

  • Priority reservations for premium view or special menus are subject to availability.
  • Platinum and Gold/Sky Gold members can enjoy the priority to get the next available seat.
  • Access to private dining rooms is subject to availability and reservation at least 1 day in advance. Private dining room at different restaurants may subject to minimum spending requirement at the respective restaurants.
  • Exclusive Chef’s table seating is subject to availability and request made at least 1 day inadvance.
  • Selected Platinum and Gold/Sky Gold members will receive the invitation via e-news or SMS notification from GENM or host.

 

4. Shop & Play

  • Members Day double point shopping will be applicable during “Members Day” on promotional and or campaign basis.
  • Personal shopper is subject to arrangement made in advance via host.
  • Selected members to the membership programs, parties & events will receive the invitation via e-news or SMS notification from GENM.
  • Complimentary entry to various resort attractions is subject to availability and not applicable on special event, function and public holidays. Offer may vary for the Member per attraction per year:
  • -    Platinum: max 6 tickets
    -    Gold/Sky Gold: max 4 tickets
    -    Silver/Sky Silver: max 4 tickets
    -    Classic/Sky Classic: max 2 tickets

 

5. Members-Only Benefits

  • 24-hour immediate card replacement only applicable at the Guest Services counters located at Genting Highland Resorts, Malaysia. A penalty will be imposed by GENM for replacing lost or stolen Genting Rewards card. Such penalty may be paid in cash or by deducting Genting Points from the Member’s account.
  • Earn 5x Tier Points (TP) from spending at non-gaming areas (internal outlets only) will be applicable on promotional and or campaign basis.
  • Platinum and Gold/Sky Gold members can redeem up to a maximum of 4 complimentary SkyWay tickets per month; Silver/Sky Silver members can redeem up to a maximum of 2 complimentary SkyWay tickets per month, and Classic/Sky Classic members can redeem 1 complimentary SkyWay ticket per month. Utilization of the entitlements only applicable during Monday till Thursday, except eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays.
  • Platinum, Gold/Sky Gold and Silver/Sky Silver members can enjoy priority lane access atSkyWay, sponsorship for priority lane access at SkyWay may vary for Member, SkyWay ticket charges may apply.
  • -    Platinum: maximum 8 guests
    -    Gold/Sky Gold: maximum 4 guests
    -    Silver/Sky Silver: maximum 2 guests
  • Private gondola for SkyWay is subject to gondola availability and off-peak periods

 

Genting Malaysia Berhad (Company No. 198001004236) (“GENM”) Genting Rewards Loyalty Programme (“Programme”) is governed by the Terms and Conditions set out herein (“Terms and Conditions”). By submitting an application for membership to the Programme (“Application”), you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

MEMBERSHIP
1.Individuals aged 18 years and above are eligible to apply for membership to the Programme.

2.Casino-related membership are only applicable to those aged 21 years and above and are not: (a) Companies, partnerships, trading companies, sole proprietors, societies and any other types of incorporated or unincorporated body; (b) Malaysian Muslims; or (c) such other persons or groups of persons excluded from casino-related membership as determined by GENM from time to time.

3.A valid government-issued photo identification document(s) (e.g. Malaysian NRIC, or Passport) must be presented when submitting the Application. Applicants must produce such photo identification document(s) specifically required by GENM.

4.The approval of the Application and subsequent grant of membership to the Programme is at the sole and absolute discretion of GENM.

GENTING REWARDS CARD
5.Upon the approval of the Application, Members will each be issued with a membership card to the Programme ("Genting Rewards Card") which can be used to collect and redeem reward points (“Genting Points”) and gain tier points (“Tier Points”) when purchasing goods and/or services from merchants participating in the Programme (“Merchants”).

6.The Genting Rewards Card is personal to and can only be used by the Member to whom the Genting Rewards Card was issued to.
7.Each transaction for the collection and/or redemption of benefits and privileges of a Member may only be attributed to their respective membership account. Combining membership accounts for the collection and/or redemption of benefits and privileges is prohibited. Members in breach of this clause may have their benefits and privileges revoked and membership terminated.

8.Each Member can only hold one (1) type of Genting Rewards Card.

9.The Genting Rewards Card may be declined by GENM and/or the Merchants if it: (a) has expired; (b) is invalid; (c) was reported lost or stolen; (d) is damaged; (e) does not carry the signature of the Member to whom the Genting Rewards Card was issued to; (e) has been altered, defaced, re-printed or re-embossed; or (f) contains other irregularities on its surface. The Genting Rewards Card can also be declined if Members fail to present a valid government-issued photo identification document when requested by GENM and/or the Merchants. GENM may revise or introduce additional policies and restrictions on use and acceptance of the Genting Rewards Card from time to time.

GENTING POINTS AND TIER POINTS
10.Any and all Genting Points, Tier Points and any other benefits and privileges collected, accumulated and acquired by individual Members (“Comps”) are not transferable to another member and/or the Member’s estate, successors or assignees. Any transfer, sale, purchase, trade, barter or other similar dealings with their Comps is prohibited. Members in breach of this clause may have their Comps forfeited and membership terminated.
11.GENM will disclose or explain the calculation methods relating to the Genting Points, Tier Points and accumulation and acquisition of any other Comps to the extent they are not protected by confidentiality or is a trade secret of GENM or a third party.

12.GENM may revise the rate, validity period and expiry of the Genting Points, Tier Points and any other Comps from time to time.

13.GENM does not warrant that the Genting Point and Tier Point system and solution is uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from any defects or error.

14.Genting Points and Tier Points are not exchangeable with cash.
15.Save and except where it is solely due to GENM’s default or misconduct, there will be no refund of Genting Points utilized for redemption once such redemption transaction had been completed.

LOST/STOLEN CARD
16.Members must immediately notify GENM if their Genting Rewards Card is lost or stolen. A penalty will be imposed by GENM for replacing lost or stolen Genting Rewards Card. Such penalty may be paid in cash or by deducting Genting Points from the Member’s account.
SUPPLEMENTARY CARD
17.Members may apply for ONE (1) supplementary Genting Rewards Card (“Supplementary Card”) for their lawful spouse (“Supplementary Member”).

18.Approval of the application for and subsequent grant of the Supplementary Card to Supplementary Members are at the sole and absolute discretion of GENM.

19.Supplementary Members are subject to the same rules and restrictions as the primary Member in these Terms and Conditions and the primary Member shall ensure that the Supplementary Member reads, understands and agrees to these Terms and Conditions before applying for a Supplementary Card.

20.Supplementary Members may not necessarily enjoy the same Tier Point level benefits as the primary Genting Rewards Members. Supplementary Members are otherwise subjected to the same Comps as the primary Genting Rewards Members .

21.The Supplementary Members membership is suspended, expires or terminates if the primary Genting Rewards Members membership is suspended, expires or terminates.
MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION/TERMINATION
22.GENM will notify Members if their membership has been suspended or terminated by GENM.
23.During suspension of the membership, the suspended Members will not be able to enjoy any and all of the rights, benefits and privileges given to them regardless of whether or not such rights, benefits and privileges were requested prior to the suspension period to be enjoyed during the suspension period.

24.Upon termination of the membership, the terminated Member shall cease to enjoy any and all of the rights, benefits and privileges previously given to them on and from the termination date regardless of whether or not such rights, benefits and privileges were requested prior to the termination date to be enjoyed after the termination date.

PERSONAL DATA
25.By submitting the application for membership to the Programme, applicants and Members acknowledge, agree and consent to processing of their personal information in accordance with the GENM personal data processing statement available athttps://www.rwgenting.com/privacy-policy/.

26.Members also expressly acknowledge, agree and consent to receiving advertising, marketing, promotional and informational communications from GENM, its affiliates and business partners.

LIABILITY
27.To the extent permitted by law: (a) in no event is GENM liable to the Members, Supplementary Members and/or any third parties for any loss or injury or any special, direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary or consequential loss, penalty, damage, costs and expenses (including but not limited to legal costs) (“Claim”) which may be incurred or suffered by Members, Supplementary Members and/or third parties as a result of or arising directly or indirectly in connection with the membership to the Programme and/or use of the Genting Rewards Card (including the Supplementary Card); and (b) if GENM is found liable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the liabilities of GENM for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of action shall be limited to Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred (RM100).

28.Members shall be liable to GENM for any Claim which may be incurred or suffered by GENM as a result of or arising directly or indirectly from any breach on the part of the Members in complying and observing these Terms and Conditions. GENM may deduct the equivalent value of the Claim in Genting Points as settlement (or partial settlement) of the Claim.
MISCELLANEOUS
29. No delay or failure on GENM’s part in exercising any right, power or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall operate as a waiver of such right, power or remedy.

30.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
31.GENM reserves the right to review and revise these Terms and Conditions at any time.

32.The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over other versions.
