In 1979, renowned Taiwanese folk singer Tsai Chin rose to fame with her timeless hit “Just Like Your Tenderness.” Known for her uniquely low and tender voice, she earned the title of the “Taiwanese Patti Page” and was affectionately hailed as the “Velvet Queen of Song.” A frequent honoree at Taiwan’s Golden Bell, Golden Melody, and Golden Horse Awards, Tsai Chin was also a key advocate in the establishment of the Golden Melody Awards — one of the most prestigious honours in Mandarin music today.

With her signature velvety voice, Tsai Chin delivers every note with grace, love, and sincerity — turning each song into a heartfelt tribute to life, gratitude, and timeless memories. “Don’t Say Farewell” promises to be an emotional and nostalgic musical journey, where audiences will once again rediscover the warmth, tenderness, and magic that only Tsai Chin can bring to the stage. 

Through this tour, she hopes to convey the beauty of connection and the bittersweet passage of time, reminding everyone that some bonds are simply too meaningful to let go of.

  1. The Early Bird Deal provides a 25% discount on VIP – PS3 tickets and is open to all customers. Ticket quantities are limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
  2. A standard child ticket rate is RM50. Children must be shorter than 95cm to be eligible for a child ticket priced at RM50 without a seat, while children taller than 95cm must purchase tickets according to the published rates.
  3. Each ticket includes admission for one (01) person and is applicable across all ages, including children and infants.
  4. The discounted rates published above are only available to a stipulated number of tickets and are subject to change without prior notice.
  5. Tickets are on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
  6. Tickets sold are NOT refundable or exchangeable.
  7. The Organiser shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage to the tickets sold.
  8. No third-party ticket collection is allowed unless an Authorisation Letter, a photocopy of the credit card that made the payment and the credit card holder's NRIC/ passport is issued by the Purchaser and presented upon ticket collection on the event day. Failing to produce any of these documents, the organiser reserves the right not to release the ticket(s).
  9. The resale of tickets at the same or any price in excess of the initial purchase price is prohibited. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel tickets that have not been purchased from rwgenting.com or other authorised points of sale listed on Resorts World Genting’s website only.
  10. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold or used by third parties in connection with other promotions without a refund, and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
  11. Strictly no video recording and photography allowed during the show.
  12. Video cameras, cameras and tablet computers such as iPads are not allowed in the venue.
  13. Lost or damaged ticket(s) will not be entertained.
