Here are the details on how to claim your prize.
  • You will need a Genting Rewards membership to claim your prize. Employees of the Genting Group of Companies are not eligible to win/ participate in this campaign.
  • The prizes for the hotel rooms, Skytropolis Theme Park tickets and F&B vouchers are to be claimed and utilized within 09/03/2022 – 30.04.2022 only.
  • Winners of a 2D1N stay at First World Hotel are required to log in and make a reservationat https://book.rwgenting.com. Alternatively, you may call 03 2718 1118 to make your reservation. A penalty will be imposed in the event of no show. Click here to learn more.
  • Winners of the Skytropolis Theme Park tickets are required to collect the prize voucher from any of the iKiosk machines located throughout the resort and present it at the Ticketing Counter at Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park in exchange for an admission ticket.
  • Winners of the F&B vouchers are required to collect the prize voucher from any of the iKiosk machines located throughout the resort and present it at respective F&B outlets. The voucher may be utilised at The Bakery, Cha Chaan Teng, Malaysian Food Street, Jom Makan and Medan Selera only with subject to the outlet's operation hours.
  • Winners who sign up as a new member are required to collect their Genting Rewards card at the Guest Services counter located at Level 2, SkyAvenue before claiming your prize voucher from an iKiosk. You may use the iKiosks located next to the Guest Services counter after collecting your membership card.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to change and/or substitute the prizes with others prizes without any prior notice.
  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or redeemable in any form for whatever reason.
  • By participating in this campaign, the member is deemed to have read and agreed to these terms & conditions herein and shall adhere to all and/or any decisions made by the Organizer.
  • The Organizer reserves the rights to change, amend, delete or add to these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time and the member shall be bound by such changes.
