PACKAGE

1. The confirmation of your package is subject to room availability.
2. This offer is only valid on the dates stated and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. No refunds will be issued if the package is canceled or unutilized due to a no-show.
4. This offer is open to guests who are at least 21 years of age and are not Genting SkyCard members.
   
5. Genting Points (GP) will not be awarded for the purchase or use of this offer. Rooms booked using this offer will not count towards any other offers or bonuses.
6. When purchasing this offer, guests must ensure their details are correct as per their passport or identity card.  Guests’ details will be used during the booking and check-in processes.
7. Use of any entitlements under this offer is subject to the respective participating outlets' availability and operating terms and conditions.  All participating outlets reserve the right to replace, change, or alter any entitlements without prior notice. 
8. All information is correct at the time of publication.
9. The Management reserves its absolute discretion to vary, delete, or add to the terms and conditions and withdraw, substitute, or replace this package with other programs of equivalent value from time to time without prior notice. 

GeMTREATS

• GeMTreats stands for “Genting Electronic Money” (GeM) Treats which can be used to pay for products and services at participating outlets in Resorts World Genting. 
• Like real money, one GeMTreats is equivalent to RM1.
• Your complimentary GeMTreats will be awarded upon check-in via your Genting Rewards card.
• GeMTreats are valid for the duration of your stay and will expire at 11:59pm on your date of check-out.  
• Any unused GeMTreats cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
• Your Genting Rewards card must be presented to the participating outlet at the point of payment to redeem eligible products/ services. 
• The cardholder is required to sign on the transaction slip for verification.
• In the event of insufficient GeMTreats, the cardholder must pay for the balance with cash, credit card, or debit card.
• Once a participating outlet accepts a redemption request, the transaction cannot be revoked, amended, canceled, returned, or exchanged for other terms.
• A lost Genting Rewards card may be replaced at the Guest Services Counter for a minimal fee.
• The offers extended by the participating outlets are governed by the respective outlets’ terms and conditions.
• The Management assumes no responsibilities for any consequences arising from error or omission in value redemption. 
• The Management shall not be liable for the conditions set by the participating outlets on eligible products or services. Any disputes arising from this shall be settled between the cardholder and the participating outlet.
