Meticulously handcrafted in-house, our leaf-wrapped parcels of heritage and indulgence are thoughtfully-prepared using time-honoured recipes. Slow-cooked to perfection for up to 8 hours, each dumpling reveals layers of deep, aromatic flavour — delicate, fragrant rice enveloping bold, savoury fillings that deliver a full-bodied, deeply satisfying bite.
