Redemption Guide

Follow these steps to redeem your membership privileges. Make sure your device is connected to a stable internet connection.

Step 1: Log in to the RWG mobile app.
Step 2: Go to ‘My Rewards’ and select the ‘Available’ tab.
Step 3: Choose your desired reward to view the details. After reviewing, tap ‘Redeem’. A QR code will appear upon successful redemption.
Step 4: Check your redeemed rewards under the ‘Redeemed’ section in ‘My Rewards’.
Step 5: Present your Genting Rewards card and QR code to the Plaza Premium First Lounge staff for verification.

Terms and conditions:

1. Members must redeem the promotion e-voucher via the RWG Mobile App. Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. The e-voucher is valid for 2 days from the date of redemption.
3. Complimentary vouchers are subject to availability and capped at 2 e-vouchers per day (1 for self, 1 for companion).
4. Each Platinum member can claim up to 2 vouchers per day, with a maximum of 24 vouchers per year.
5. Members must present their Genting Rewards card and QR code at the Plaza Premium First Lounge for verification. Requests without a Genting Rewards card will not be entertained.
6. This benefit is exclusively available to Platinum Principal Members.
7. Members under supplementary membership must be accompanied by a Principal Member as a companion.
8. Members must adhere to the Plaza Premium First Lounge’s House Rules of no takeaways, among others. 
9. The Plaza Premium First Lounge operates 24 hours a day.

11. Offers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, non-extendable, and cannot be substituted with other rewards.
