Court Booking & Cancellations

1. Only painted courts can be booked online. Walk-in guests will be allocated taped courts.
2. Full payment is required to confirm a court booking.
3. No cancellations are allowed once the reservation and payment are made.
4. No-shows or late arrivals (15 minutes or more) may result in the booking being forfeited.
5. Bookings are non-transferable unless approved by management.

Court Rules

1. Courts are to be used for pickleball only.
2. Players must wear non-marking athletic shoes (soles that do not leave black or colored marks) to protect the court surface.
3. No food, gum, or glass is allowed on the courts.
4. Only water in closed containers is permitted on the courts.

Player Conduct

1. Players must play safely and show respect to others at all times.
2. Noise and behaviour should remain appropriate.
3. Any borrowed equipment must be returned in good condition.
4. Management reserves the right to stop play or request players to leave if rules are violated.

Safety & Liability

1. All players participate at their own risk. The facility is not liable for injuries, accidents, or lost personal items.
2. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Weather (outdoor courts only)

1. If courts are closed due to bad weather, players will be given the option to reschedule or receive a credit for future use.
