Terms & conditions:

  1. Genting Rewards members are required to approach an iKiosk and redeem the voucher after they have achieved the pre-requisite criteria.
  2. Genting Rewards members are required to redeem the voucher via an iKiosk before patronising the outlet to redeem the massage. Redemption frequency is capped at once per calendar week (Monday – Sunday). 
  3. Genting Rewards members can only redeem one voucher for either Oriental Signature (Outlet at Resorts World Genting) or M Spa.
  4. The voucher is valid for one (01) week from the date of issuance.
  5. An advanced reservation is required to utilise the entitlement. Please call +603-61012101 for Oriental Signature (Outlet at Resorts World Genting) or +603-61052692 for M Spa.
  6. In the event a Genting Rewards Silver member has redeemed the voucher and upgraded to Genting Gold/Platinum on the same trading date, they will not qualify to redeem another voucher despite meeting the Gold/Platinum pre-requisite criteria.
  7. This offer does not apply to any other promotions. The promotion is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or extendable.
