1. This campaign is open to the general public including Genting Rewards members and non-Genting Rewards members. Staff of Resorts World Genting and related third-party staff are STRICTLY prohibited from participating.

General:

1. Participants must produce their original Official ID for verification when requested by Genting Malaysia Berhad ("GENM" or the "Organiser").
2. Registrations, qualification spots, participation rights, and prizes are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by the Organiser.
3. GENM may treat multiple registrations made using different email addresses, telephone numbers, accounts, payment methods, or other details as belonging to the same Participant where reasonably determined.
4. GENM reserves the right to amend the Event format, schedule, capacity, category allocation, qualification process, or any other aspect of the Event for operational, technical, safety, sponsorship, legal, or other reasonable purposes.
5. Participants must register at the Event area at the prescribed time. Late arrival may result in point deductions, forfeiture of participation rights, or disqualification.
6. By participating in the Event, Participants confirm that they are physically and mentally fit to participate.
7. GENM reserves the right to refuse entry to, remove, suspend, or disqualify any participant who: fails verification, behaves aggressively, appears intoxicated, appears unwell, creates disruption, or poses a risk to safety, reputation, or event operations.
8. The Organiser's decisions in relation to the Event, including eligibility, competition results, prize awards, and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

Equipment & Venue Rules:

1. Participants must not damage, tamper with, modify, disconnect, or interfere with any equipment, systems, software, or property used in connection with the Event.
2. Participants must not bring alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, dangerous items, or any prohibited items into the Event area.
3. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the Event area.

Integrity & Conduct:

1. The Organiser may inspect and review registration records, gameplay data, race results, timing records, footage, communications, social media content, and Participant conduct to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Any suspected integrity breach may result in immediate investigation, suspension, disqualification, prize forfeiture, removal from the Event, or reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.
3. Participants must not publish or communicate any false, misleading, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harmful statements concerning the Event, the Organiser, sponsors, partners, officials, venue, or other participants.

Media Consent:

1. By registering for, attending, or participating in the Event, Participants consent to being photographed, filmed, livestreamed, interviewed, or otherwise recorded during the Event.
2. Participants grant the Organiser and its authorised partners a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to use their name, image, likeness, voice, photographs, videos, gameplay footage, interviews, race results, leaderboard positions, and related Event content for:
   a. Event Coverage;
   b. Livestreaming & Broadcasting;
   c. Social media;
   d. Advertising & promotional materials;
   e. Sponsor-related activities
   f. Public relations;
   g. Archival

Eligibility & Registration:

2. Participation is open only to individuals holding a valid driving licence recognised in Malaysia.
3. All vehicles participating in the Event must be legally registered, roadworthy, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Participants may be required to produce a valid driving licence, vehicle registration documents, and identification documents upon request by the Organiser.
5. Registration is dependent on the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions listed by the organiser in the registration link.

Vehicle & Conduct Requirements:

1. Participants shall comply with all instructions issued by the Organiser, venue personnel, security personnel, marshals, and authorised representatives at all times.
2. Participants must operate their vehicles safely and responsibly while entering, exiting, and throughout the Event.
3. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
   a. Speeding;
   b. Racing;
   c. Burnouts;
   d. Drifting;
   e. Excessive revving;
   f. Reckless or dangerous driving;
   g. Sound demonstrations; and
   h. Any activity that may endanger persons, property, or the reputation of the Event.
4. Participants must not block access routes, emergency exits, designated parking areas, or pedestrian walkways.
5. Participants shall be solely responsible for the security, condition, and contents of their vehicles and personal belongings.

Liability & Indemnity:

1. Participation in the Event is entirely at the Participant's own risk.
2. GENM shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, accident, delay, or inconvenience suffered by any Participant, vehicle owner, passenger, or visitor except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
3. Participants shall be responsible for any loss or damage caused by their actions, negligence, vehicle, passengers, or invited guests.
4. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser, its affiliates, employees, contractors, sponsors, venue operators, and partners against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from their participation in the Event.

Photography & Media:

1. By entering the Event, Participants consent to being photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded.
2. Participants grant the Organiser and its authorised partners a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use photographs, videos, vehicle images, names, likenesses, and Event-related content for:
   a. Event coverage;
   b. Social media;
   c. Advertising and promotional activities;
   d. Public relations;
   e. Sponsor-related activities; and
   f. Archival purposes.
    

Eligibility:

1. Participation in the Lucky Draw is open only to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements determined by the Organiser.
2. Employees of the Organiser, its agencies, contractors, sponsors, event partners, and their immediate family members may be excluded from participation at the Organiser's discretion.
3. Participants must provide accurate and complete information when registering for the Lucky Draw. Any incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent entry may be disqualified.

Entry and Participation:

1. Entry into the Lucky Draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Lost, stolen, damaged, illegible, duplicated, or tampered lucky draw entries shall be deemed invalid.
3. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and participants.

Winner Selection & Prize Collection:

1. Winners shall be selected through a random draw conducted by the Organiser.
2. Winners may be required to present their original MyKad, passport, or other government-issued identification document for verification prior to claiming any prize.
3. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of identity, eligibility, or compliance with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
4. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within the stipulated period, or is found to be ineligible, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prizes:

1. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other item unless otherwise determined by the Organiser.
2. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another item of equal or greater value without prior notice.

Media Consent:

1. By participating in the Lucky Draw, participants consent to being photographed, filmed, interviewed, or otherwise recorded for publicity and promotional purposes.
2. Winners agree that the Organiser may publish and use their name, image, likeness, photographs, videos, and prize details for advertising, promotional, publicity, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
