The Genting Guest Xperience Centre is Resorts World Genting’s state-of-the-art immersive gallery that takes users on a journey through the past, present, and future of the Genting Group. This five-zone gallery invites you to explore the legacy of Resorts World Genting, from its humble beginnings to its global footprint.

The entire experience will take 30 minutes, and you’ll have time for self-exploration and, of course, selfies. 

Zone 1: The Reception

Your journey of discovery begins at the reception, where a giant LED panel with our AI Chatbot GIVA welcomes you. Check in with our guest ambassador at your selected time and date and present the QR code. Take the time to look at our partner zone and the time capsule where our Executive Chairman, Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay, has left his wishes for the future leaders of Genting Group to read on our 75th anniversary celebration in 2040. 

Zone 2: Cloud City 

See an aerial view of Genting Highlands and all the development in and around the highlands. With projection mapping, the zone guides users on a journey from the Genting Main Access Road to the top of the mountain, 6000ft above sea level.

Zone 3: Legacy Lens

View the history of the Genting Group's founding through the eyes of our founder, Tan Sri Datuk Seri (Dr.) Lim Goh Tong. Learn about his journey from China to Malaysia and how he started a resort that would one day become a global powerhouse in the hospitality and leisure industry. Each item on Tan Sri Lim’s working desk holds a story and you may interact with the table to find out more about his personal effects. 

Zone 4: Glamour Walk

This self-exploration zone showcases Resorts World Genting's leisure and hospitality offerings in Malaysia. Learn about Genting SkyWorlds theme park or our array of award-winning hotels here. Take your time here to learn more about our brand before heading to the grand finale. 

Zone 5: Grand Finale Wall

Step into a stunning 180-degree immersive theatre and be enveloped in the global story of the Genting Group. The floor-to-ceiling screen showcases the company's expansion, highlighting its iconic properties in destinations like Singapore, the United States, and the United Kingdom. This spectacular visual experience demonstrates how a Malaysian dream has grown to become a recognised leader in the global hospitality and entertainment industry.
