Steps to redeem your MATTA Fair purchases

You’ve scored MATTA Fair-only deals, and now’s the time to plan your holiday! Here’s how you can redeem your room or dining e-Vouchers:

Dining e-Voucher

1. Login to RWG mobile app or website
2. Tap on your ‘Offer Wallet
3. 'Select ‘Redeem’
4. Tap the QR code to scan and pay at the participating outlets Guide for a complete understanding of the steps involved to claim your dining e-voucher

Terms & Conditions: 

1. The e-Voucher will be valid from 03.01.2022 – 31.03.2022 and no extensions of the e-Voucher validity are allowed.
2. The e-Voucher is redeemable at these participating outlets:

- High Line Roof Top Market
- Jom Makan, Malaysian Food Street
- Medan Selera
- Peace Café
- Seasons
- The Bakery
- Taiko Ramen

3. The outlets listing and operating hours are subject to change.
4. The offers extended by the participating outlet(s) are governed by the respective outlets’ terms and conditions.
5. The e-Voucher will be available in your Offers Wallet after MATTA FAIR from 13.12.2021 onwards.
6. Guests are required to redeem the e-Voucher via the RWG mobile app or via the RWG Website Offers Wallet before patronizing the respective outlets.
7. This e-Voucher is valid for dine-in only. The e-Voucher is applicable for all food & beverages items
8. This e-Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.
9. Guests must flash the QR Code at the participating outlet at the point of payment in order to redeem eligible products or services.
10. Any unused balance will not be refunded or exchanged for cash.
11. Each e-Voucher code may be redeemed only once at the participating outlet(s). If the purchase exceeds the value of the e-Voucher, customers may make up for the balance by cash, debit card or credit card.
12. This e-Voucher cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, refunded, extended or replaced if lost.
13. The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.

Room Voucher

If you purchased the First World Hotel and Resorts World Awana deal:

1. Check your email inbox for a unique voucher code from 13.12.2021 onwards.
2. Visit and login to book.rwgenting.com  from 15.12.2021 onwards to redeem.
3. Select your desired check-in and check-out dates and key in your unique voucher code. Click on ‘Search’.
4. Confirm your booking details and select ‘Check Out’
5. .Print and present your confirmation email and voucher code during check-in.

Terms & Conditions

First World Hotel (Standard Room)/ Resorts World Awana (Superior Deluxe Room)

1. The redemption period for your First World Hotel and Resorts World Awana room voucher is from 15.12.2021 – 15.03.2022.
2. The staying period for your First World Hotel and Resorts World Awana room voucher is from 03.01 – 31.03.2022 on Sunday to Thursday, excluding the eve of public holidays, public holidays, and during the Chinese New Year period (31.01 – 14.02.2022).
3. The extension of your voucher validity is not allowed.
4. Your voucher code will be sent separately to your registered email from 13.12.2021 onwards.
5. Your booking confirmation is subject to room availability and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. Once your booking is confirmed, no amendments or cancellations will be entertained.
7. The voucher code is non-transferable or non-refundable in the event of no show or that the voucher is not used
8. Loss of the Voucher code due to whatsoever unforeseen circumstances will not be entitled to a replacement code.
9. The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.

If you purchased the Resorts World Kijal room deal:

1. Send an email to reservation@rwkijal.com with your contact details, travel dates and unique room voucher code stated in the email.
2. You will receive a booking confirmation email in your email inbox. Once confirmed, your booking cannot be amended. The room voucher will be voided in case of no show.
3. Print and present your confirmation email during check-in.
4. The Management reserves the right to refuse check-in if the printed confirmation email is not presented upon check-in.

5. Your booking confirmation is subject to room availability and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
