  7. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  8. The final payment is made in Malaysian Ringgit, based on the prevailing exchange rate at the bank's point of billing.
  9. Modifications to bookings such as change of dates, room type, and others are not permitted. Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the entire payment made.
  10. No refund will be issued if the package is cancelled or unutilised.

  3. Park operating hours: 10am – 6pm (Closed every Tuesday except Malaysia National Public Holidays and school holidays).
  4. Certain rides, attractions, entertainment, restaurants, or other offerings may be unavailable, modified or operating at reduced capacity.
  5. Please present the email confirmation with QR Code printed to be scanned on the turnstile for entry to Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park.
  6. RM10 F&B/Retail Credit is only redeemable within Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park.

  2. Please present the email confirmation with QR Code printed to redeem wristband for entry to Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park kiosk.

  1. Vouchers are redeemable at selected restaurants at Resorts World Awana from Day 2 onwards of your staying period.

  2. Vouchers are issued on a per-night basis, are non-cumulative, and must be redeemed daily.
  3. Any purchases in excess of the voucher value must be settled directly with the cashier, subject to applicable taxes and charges.
  4. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
  5. Not applicable on alcoholic beverages.
  6. Original voucher must be presented upon redemption. Lost, damaged or unreadable vouchers will not be replaced.
  7. Any unutilised amount will be forfeited. No refund, transfer, exchange for cash, or validity extension is allowed.
