How to Redeem

    1. Spend the required minimum amount in a maximum of two (02) receipts at participating outlets.

  1. The redemptions are limited to 30 per day and are only available from 23.10 – 11.11.2026
  2. Each receipt is valid for one (01) redemption only. Receipts stamped “Redeemed” are not eligible for repeated redemption.
  3. Only applicable for original purchases made at participating outlets in Resorts World Genting, excluding Hotels, Concerts/Shows, Casino, Genting Highlands Premium Outlets, Theme Parks (except F&B outlets), Genting Rewards points, bill payments, reload cards, any form of gift cards/vouchers, money changers, banks and services.

    5. Receive a complimentary pack of Muruku, a beloved festive snack perfect for the celebration.

    Radiance of Diwali is a festive celebration at SkyAvenue from 23.10 to 11.11.2026, featuring festive décor, henna sessions, and exclusive rewards.
  2. How can I redeem a complimentary henna session
    Spend a minimum of RM100 (Genting Rewards Members) or RM200 (Non-Members) and present your receipt(s) at the Information Counter for verification.
  3. Can I combine receipts for henna redemption?
    Yes, you may combine up to two (02) receipts from participating outlets.
  4. When are the henna sessions available?
    Henna sessions are available daily from 3pm to 5pm, subject to availability.
  5. How many henna redemptions are available each day?
    maximum of 30 henna sessions are available daily on a first-come, first-served basis.
  6. How long does each henna session take?
    Each complimentary henna session takes approximately 7 minutes.
  7. How can I receive a complimentary Muruku snack pack?
    Wear traditional Indian attire, post a photo at the festive décor on Instagram, follow and tag @skyavenue_official and @mrmurukumy, then visit the Information Counter for verification.
  8. Do I need to be a Genting Rewards Member to participate?
    No. Both Genting Rewards Members and Non-Members can participate in the campaign.
  9. Where can I participate in the Deepavali activities?
    All activities take place at Level 1, Zouk Atrium, SkyAvenue.
  10. Are the gifts and rewards guaranteed?
    No. All redemptions are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
