Entitlements:

  • One (01) night stay at the Superior Deluxe Room.
  • Two (02) RM18 meal credits (valid from day 2 onwards)
  • Two (02) Clearwater Way entry
    • Duration: 60 minutes – 120 minutes (Slot: daily at 9am)
  1. Confirmation of the package is subject to room availability.
  2. Refund will not be issued if the package is cancelled or unutilized.
  3. The Front Office will issue all entitlements to the guest upon check-in.
  4. Clearwater Way trail: Guests must register at the Front Office upon check-in for the next day's slot at 9am.
  5. The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
  1. The Meal credit valid from Day 2 onwards of your stay.
  2. Credits are issued on a per-night basis and are non-cumulative.
  3. Credits must be utilised daily.
  4. Any amount exceeding RM18 is payable by the guest.
  5. The meal credits do not apply to alcoholic beverages and any other ongoing promotional items.
  6. Lost, damaged or unreadable credits will not be replaced.
  7. Any unutilised amount will be forfeited. No refund, transfer, exchange for cash, or extension will be permitted.
