1. Confirmation of the package is subject to room availability
2. Refund will not be issued if the package is cancelled or unutilized
3. The front office will issue all entitlements to the guests upon check-in

5. The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior.

1. The Meal voucher is valid from Day 2 onwards of your stay.
2. Vouchers are issued on a per-night basis and are non-cumulative.
3. Vouchers must be utilised daily.
4. Any amount exceeding RM18 or RM35 is payable by the guest.
5. The meal vouchers do not apply to alcoholic beverages and any other ongoing promotional items.
6. Lost, damaged or unreadable vouchers will not be replaced.
7. Any unutilised amount will be forfeited. No refund, transfer, exchange for cash, or extension will be permitted.
