Q1           What is this Campaign about?
User(s) with authorised Private Car (Class 1) that successfully passes through the Private Road Charge gantries located at (a) Genting Highlands Entry at Genting Sempah OR (b) Gohtong Jaya Entry at the Gohtong Jaya roundabout using RFID or Touch ‘n Go card with PayDirect function (“Eligible Transaction”) during the Campaign Period, the TNG eWallet users (“User(s)”) shall be entitled to one (1) RM5.00 cashback voucher (“Voucher”). 

The Voucher is valid for twenty-four (24) hours from the point the Voucher is received. The Voucher will be applied automatically on the next transaction when User spend a minimum of RM100 in a single receipt at participating outlets of Resorts World Genting only using TNG eWallet as the payment method. 

Q2           What is the duration of this Campaign?
This Campaign Period is 13 May 2026 until 10 August 2026, both dates inclusive, unless terminated earlier by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”) or Genting Malaysia Berhad (“Partner”). 

Q3           Who is eligible for this Campaign?
User(s) with authorised Private Car (Class 1) who pay at Private Road Charge gantries located at (1) Genting Highlands Entry at Genting Sempah OR (2)  Gohtong Jaya Entry at the Gohtong Jaya roundabout using RFID or Touch‘ n Go card with PayDirect function, and subsequently spend a minimum of RM100.00 in a single receipt at any participating outlets of Resorts World Genting that can be found at [https://www.touchngo.com.my/tnc/?tnc=genting-road-charge-cashback-campaign-participating-outlet] (“Participating Outlets”) and using TNG eWallet as the payment method (“Eligible Redemption Transaction”) within twenty-four (24) hours from the point of the Voucher is received.

Q4           Is the Campaign valid at all Resorts World Genting outlets?
Only transactions with a minimum spend of RM100.00 at Participating Outlets in Resort World Genting Malaysia are eligible for the Voucher redemption. The list of Participating Outlets can be found at [https://www.touchngo.com.my/tnc/?tnc=genting-road-charge-cashback-campaign-participating-outlet]. 

Q5           When will I receive the cashback?
The RM5.00 cashback will be credited to eligible User(s) TNG eWallet within THREE (3) working days (Monday to Friday excluding Malaysia public holidays) after the date of the Eligible Redemption Transaction. Both TNGD and the Partner will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Campaign.
