Operating Hour: Open daily (Monday to Sunday) 11am – 12am (last call: 11pm)

*Kindly note that Chicken Claypot House is a non-halal restaurant.

  1. The promotion is open to all valid Genting Rewards (GR) members, including SkyCard members and employees.
  2. The RM50 cash e-vouchers are limited and can be redeemed via RWG Mobile App only, subject to first-come, first-served basis. No physical voucher is required.
  3. The promotion period is from 01.11.2026 – 25.01.2027.
  4. The e-voucher is valid for seven (7) days from the date of redemption. Expired e-vouchers will not be accepted or reissued.
  5. Each member may redeem one (1) RM50 cash e-voucher per day by using 10 Genting Points (GP). Limited to five (5) redemptions per member throughout the campaign period.
  6. The choice of promotion is at the discretion of the member, and once a selection is made, it is considered final. No cancellations or refunds will be entertained once the e-voucher is redeemed from the RWG Mobile App.
  7. The RM50 cash e-voucher is only acceptable at Chicken Claypot House, RW Hotel, Level G, Resorts World Genting. Each e-voucher must be utilised in a single transaction/receipt and cannot be combined or stacked with other e-vouchers.
  8. The RM50 cash e-voucher is only applicable for the purchase of main claypot and available for dine-in only.
  9. Operating hours: Open daily (Monday to Sunday) from 11am – 12am and last call at 11pm. 
  10. E-voucher utilization is subject to the availability of menu items and the restaurant’s operating hours.
  11. Members may contact Chicken Claypot House (RW Hotel) at +6016-4234697 for table reservation enquiries and bookings, subject to availability.
  12. Members are required to show Genting Rewards card/ membership QR in RWG APP, together with the e-voucher, upon redemption.
  13. No screenshot of e-voucher is acceptable for the promotion entitlement.
  14. Members are required to settle the remaining balance if the total purchase amount exceeds the e-voucher value. Payments for the remaining balance can be made using cash, credit card, e-wallet or Genting Points.
  15. This promotion is not applicable with other ongoing promotions, discounts or offers and is non-stackable with other vouchers.
  16. The e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used as any form of legal tender.
