Redeemed rides are valid from Monday to Thursdays only, excluding eve of public holiday and public holidays. 

Terms and Conditions:

1. Membership benefits and privileges are personal to individual members and are not transferable to any third party.
2. Each Genting Rewards member is entitled to redeem for free ride(s) on a monthly basis, based on their membership status.
3. Redemption and utilisation of the free Awana SkyWay Ride is only applicable on Monday to Thursday, excluding eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays, for Standard Gondolas only.
4. Genting Rewards members must redeem the Awana SkyWay voucher from Resorts World Genting mobile app, and members must scan the QR code from the app at the Awana SkyWay barrier gate for entry. Physical exchange of tickets is not required.
5. Free Awana SkyWay ride voucher is valid on the date of issuance (T+0) only. Voucher redemption time for each day is from 12am to 10pm, and utilisation is subject to Awana SkyWay operating hours (7am to 11pm daily, no later than 11.59pm).
6. If you wish to disembark at Chin Swee Station, please keep your QR code(s) to continue your journey to the top. To return to Awana SkyWay station from Chin Swee Station, please keep your QR code as well.
7. This voucher entitlement is not transferable, exchangeable for cash, credit, goods, or other services.
8. Cancellation is not allowed once the member has successfully redeemed the voucher(s).
9. Voucher redemption from the Resorts World Genting mobile app is on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability.
10. Genting Malaysia reserves the right to add or amend the promotion at any time without prior notice.
