About e-CASH PIN

The e-CASH PIN is a secret code that is selected by you to prove you are the rightful holder of the e-CASH account under a Genting Rewards card. Your PIN must always be kept a secret and never noted down. 

What is the e-CASH PIN for?

You will need the e-CASH PIN to verify certain transactions or activities in the resort, such as e-CASH withdrawal, voucher redemption, point redemption transaction, and more. 

How do the PIN-based point redemption transaction work at point-of-sale ?

STEP 1: 

  • Physical Membership Card: Tap your Genting Rewards membership card at the point-of-sale terminal

STEP 2: 

  • Securely key in your 6-digit PIN when prompted

First-time PIN: Here is how you can activate your PIN number

A. RWG Mobile App

  • Log into your account
  • Navigate to your profile settings 
  • Activate the “GeM Activation”
  • Authentication - Choose one way to verify your identity via registered Mobile or Email. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile or email 
  • Key in your preferred PIN. Your PIN must be 6-8 digits (numeric) 

B. Genting Rewards Guest Services Counter

Approach any Guest Services Counter at these locations: 

  • Level 2, SkyAvenue (Opposite SkyVR) - Open 24 hours 
  • Lobby Level, Genting Grand - Monday – Friday (6am - 3am)


Forgotten PIN number: Here is how you can reset your PIN number

A. iKiosks 
B. RWG Mobile App

  • Log into your account
  • Navigate to your profile settings 
  • Locate the “Change PIN (GeM/e-CASH)” section
  • Authentication - Choose one way to verify your identity via registered Mobile or Email. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile or email 
  • Key in your preferred PIN. Your PIN must be 6-8 digits (numeric) 

C. Genting Rewards Self Service Kiosk

  • Choose your preferred language
  • Read and agree to the Personal Data Processing Statement
  • Insert your MyKad (Malaysian) or scan your passport (Non-Malaysian)
  • Remove your MyKad or passport when you are prompted to do so
  • Select “Update Profile & Reset e-CASH PIN”. Make the necessary changes to your personal information if any
  • Enter your new PIN number. Your PIN must be 6-8 digits (numeric)   

D. Genting Rewards Guest Services Counter

Approach any Guest Services Counter at these locations: 

  • Level 2, SkyAvenue (Opposite SkyVR) - Open 24 hours 
  • Lobby Level, Genting Grand - Monday – Friday (6am - 3am)

Update e-CASH PIN from 4 digits to at least 6 digits: Please visit any of these facilities to update your e-CASH PIN to 6 digits on the spot

  • Log into your account
  • Navigate to your profile settings 
  • Locate the “Change PIN (GeM/eCash)” section
  • Authentication - Choose one way to verify your identity via registered Mobile or Email. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile or email 
  • Enter your new PIN number. Your PIN must be 6-8 digits (numeric)
