Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park Unlimited Pass 

Terms and conditions

  1. You must read and agree to all applicable terms and conditions of the GSW Pass and Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park before making a purchase.
  2. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the pass, and minors must have a parent or guardian complete the purchase on their behalf.
  3. You may personally activate your Unlimited Pass anytime within 7 days of purchase. Otherwise, the Unlimited Pass will be considered to have been activated on the 8th day of purchase
  4. The GSW Pass is fully digital, and you are required to download the Genting SkyWorlds mobile app and store your pass via QR code for access and verification.
  5. You must provide personal and biometric data (such as fingerprint verification) during registration for identity and security purposes.
  6. Failure or refusal to provide required personal or biometric data, or inability to use the app, may result in unsuccessful registration and possible refund at the company’s discretion.
  7. The GSW Pass provides unlimited entry to the theme park for 365 consecutive days from activation, subject to operating hours, availability, and park capacity.
  8. The pass is strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be resold, exchanged, or shared under any circumstances.
  9. Entry to the park is not guaranteed and is subject to capacity limits, safety considerations, and a first-come, first-served basis.
  10. Any misconduct, rule violations, or purchase through unauthorized channels may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of the pass without refund.
  11. Management reserves the right to amend terms, suspend benefits, deny entry, or make final decisions on all matters without prior notice, and no compensation will be provided for disruptions or changes.
