Donna Chiu (裘海正), is a renowned Taiwanese singer, television and radio host, educator, and Christian evangelist. She rose to fame in the late 1980s after joining Flying Eagle Records and became one of the celebrated members of the popular female trio "Flying Eagle Three Girls" alongside Annie Yi and Fang Wen-lin. In 1987, she achieved nationwide success with her debut hit song, Actually You Don't Understand My Heart (《其實你不懂我的心》), which established her as one of Taiwan's most promising Mandopop artists.
Throughout the 1990s, Donna Chiu enjoyed a highly successful music career and released numerous chart-popular albums and ballads. Some of her most iconic songs include The One Who Loves Me and the One I Love (《愛我的人和我愛的人》), Love You Ten Parts, Tears Seven Parts (《愛你十分淚七分》), and Confession (《坦白》). Known for her expressive vocals and emotional storytelling, she became one of the most recognizable female voices in Taiwanese Mandopop during that era. In addition to her achievements in music, Donna successfully expanded her career into broadcasting and television hosting. Her talent as a presenter earned her the prestigious Golden Bell Award for Best Variety Program Host in 2003 through the program Weekend Grand Stage (《週末大舞台》).
