Drumroll, please! We have a fantastic new attraction for you to check out at Resorts World Genting! The Genting Guest Xperience Centre is Resorts World Genting’s state-of-the-art immersive gallery, designed to take visitors on a captivating journey through the past, present, and future of the Genting Group. Spanning five experiential zones, the centre showcases the legacy of a brand that began with humble beginnings and has since grown into a global hospitality leader. 

Open strictly by appointment only, each visit lasts about 30 minutes by self-exploration, and plenty of opportunities to capture memories along the way! Strike a pose!

Zone 1: The Reception

The journey begins at the reception, where the Genting Group’s AI chatbot GIVA extend a warm welcome through the a giant LED panel. Guests check in with a dedicated ambassador by presenting a QR code for entry at the selected time. This zone also features the Partner Zone and a time capsule where our Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay has left his wishes for the future leaders of Genting Group to read on our 75th anniversary celebration in 2040.

Zone 2: Cloud City

Through the magic of projection mapping, visitors are guided on a journey from the Genting Main Access Road to the top of Resorts World Genting, 6,000 feet above sea level. 

This dynamic showcase presents an aerial view of both the natural landscape and the monumental developments that have transformed the highlands into a world-class destination.

Zone 3: Legacy Lens

History comes alive in this immersive zone, where the story of our founder late Tan Sri Dato’ Seri (Dr) Lim Goh Tong is told through his personal journey from China to Malaysia and the establishment of Resorts World Genting that would one day become a global powerhouse in the hospitality and leisure industry. Guests can explore the interactive desk, where each item from his working life reveals a story—shedding light on the determination and vision that built an empire in the clouds.

Zone 4: Glamour Walk

Through self-guided exploration, visitors discover Resorts World Genting’s highlights of the present day. Find out more about our Genting SkyWorlds theme park as well as our award-winning hotels. This zone reflects the scale and diversity of leisure and hospitality offerings that continue to define the resort today.

Zone 5: The Grand Finale Wall

The experience culminates in a breathtaking 180-degree immersive theatre. Be wowed by the towering floor-to-ceiling visuals which showcase the Genting Group’s global footprint, from iconic properties in Singapore to the United States and the United Kingdom. This finale brings the journey full circle, illustrating how a Malaysian dream evolved into a globally recognised name in the hospitality and entertainment industry.

2. This attraction is only open to adults aged 18 and above. 
3. This attraction is a guided one, and you will only be able to freely roam once the tour has ended. 
4. Each time slot is limited to 15 pax maximum, and each tour is limited to one hour only.
