1. What is the Resorts World Awana Unlimited Stay Pass ?
   The Resorts World Awana Unlimited Stay Pass is a flexible program that allows you to stay at Resorts World Awana for an unlimited number of nights within the validity period. It's perfect for frequent travelers, remote workers, or those looking for long-term stays without the hassle of traditional bookings.
2. How does it work?
   Once you purchase the Resorts World Awana Unlimited Stay Pass, you can book stays at Resorts World Awana. Depending on availability and terms, you can reserve accommodations as needed and enjoy RM60 off for every nightly charge during the pass's active period.
3. Is there a limit on how long I can stay?
   There is no limit, however, each booking is limited to a maximum of one (1) room per room per pass holder.  Guest can book up to seven (7) consecutive nights per transaction. 
4. Can I share the pass with someone else?
   No, the Resorts World Awana Unlimited Stay Pass is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered pass holder. Identification may be required at check-in.
5. Are there blackout dates?
   Hotel may impose blackout dates during peak seasons or special events. We recommend checking availability in advance and planning your travels accordingly.
6. How do I make a reservation using the pass?
   Reservations can be made via our app. Simply log in with your registered account, and use your pass to confirm the stay.
7. Can I cancel or modify a booking?
   Cancellation and amendment are not allowed once booking is confirmed.  Failure to check-in will be considered as a no show.  
8. How long is the pass valid?
   With immediate effect until 31 March 2026
9. Can I upgrade my accommodations?
   Not applicable 
10. Can I get a refund if I don’t use the pass?
    Strictly non-refundable

2. Sign up for Genting Rewards or link your account via RWG App to unlock this offer.
3. Once the Resorts World Awana Unlimited Stay Pass is purchased, stays at Resorts World Awana can be booked. Subject to availability and terms, accommodations can be reserved as needed, with RM60 off every nightly charge during the pass's active period.
4. Passholders can make more than 1 transaction, but each booking is limited to one (1) room for up to seven (7) consecutive nights.
5. No amendment or cancellation is allowed once a booking is confirmed.
6. Bookings are subject to room availability.
7. This pass is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be used for check-in on behalf of others.
8. Misuse, reselling of rooms, or violation of terms may result in the pass being revoked without refund.
9. This pass is not applicable for Genting Group employees.
10. This pass cannot be used for group or commercial bookings.
11. International tourists (non-Malaysians) are subject to a Tourism Tax of RM10 and Sustainability Fee of RM3 per room per night, which is payable upon check-in.
12. The management reserves all rights to alter, amend, delete, or add to these terms and conditions or withdraw the package at anytime without prior notice.
