FIREPIT offers pork-free barbecue in a 40-seat restaurant serving international barbecue styles including Mongolian-style grilled lamb, beef, chicken, skewers, sausages, chips and sides. Fire Pit draws from the barbecue traditions of America, Europe and China, using meat imported from New Zealand and Australia for consistency and quality. All sausages are house-made using only fresh ground meat to ensure consistency and the perfect fat-to-meat ratio needed for moist, juicy sausages. The grills at Fire Pit utilise charcoal and orange wood, which is known to impart a light, fruity flavour to the meats.
