  1. Package confirmation is subject to room availability.
  2. Leisure activity bookings will be arranged at the Front Office upon check-in.
  3. For Awana Trail, guests must register at the Front Office upon check-in for the next-day slot.
  4. No refunds for cancellations or unused entitlements.
  5. All entitlements will be issued upon check-in.
  6. Management reserves the right to amend or withdraw the package without prior notice.
  1. The Meal voucher is valid from Day 2 onwards of your stay.
  2. Vouchers are issued on a per-night basis and are non-cumulative.
  3. Vouchers must be utilised daily.
  4. Any amount exceeding RM35 is payable by the guest.
  5. The meal vouchers do not apply to alcoholic beverages and any other ongoing promotional items.
  6. Lost, damaged or unreadable vouchers will not be replaced.
  7. Any unutilised amount will be forfeited. No refund, transfer, exchange for cash, or extension will be permitted.
