What’s included in the package?

- Two (02) Genting SkyWorlds 1-Day Standard tickets (inclusive of RM10 F&B/Retail Voucher and 3 VQ)
- The confirmation of your stay is subject to room availability.
- You are required to produce an email confirmation with QR Code printed to scan on the turnstile for entry to Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park.
- RM10 F&B/Retail Credit are only valid within Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park.
- Certain rides, attractions, entertainment, restaurants, or other offerings may be unavailable, modified or operating at reduced capacity.
- This offer is only valid for staying on the dates stated and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- No refunds will be issued if the package is cancelled or unutilised.
- The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
- Each 2026 Genting SkyWorlds ticket holder is entitled to one (01) RM10 e-voucher, which can be utilised at either F&B or Retail outlet at Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park.
- Please present the original e-voucher QR code from the Genting SkyWorlds app upon redemption. Any screenshot or photocopy of the e-voucher is not acceptable.
- The e-voucher is valid only on the same day of visits to Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park.
- Once redeemed, the e-voucher is considered utilised and is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other goods.
- The e-voucher can be combined with up to four (04) vouchers per transaction, provided the e-voucher is valid.
- The e-voucher is applicable at any participating outlets, including the following F&B and Retail locations within Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park (subject to operating hours).

- E-voucher redemption flow at Genting SkyWorlds retail outlet:
- Guests who linked their 2026 Genting SkyWorlds ticket in the Genting SkyWorlds mobile app will receive an RM10 e-voucher for utilisation at either F&B or Retail outlet inside Genting SkyWorlds.
- Genting SkyWorlds retail crew will scan the e-voucher QR code for redemption/ validation upon guest checkout at the cashier counter.
- The e-voucher is not applicable for use at any retail pushcarts, ponchos and photo products.
- Applicable outlets for redemption (subject to respective operating hours): Studio Emporium, Galaxy Store, Freedom Shop, Rio Mercado, Cavern Treasures, ESD Exchange, Redwoods Trading Post.
- Any unutilised amount will be forfeited. No refund, exchange, or extension will be permitted.
