By participating in Meowloween, all guests agree to comply with the following Rules & Regulations.

1. General
   a. Please follow the instructions given by the event team.
   b. Be respectful to all guests, staff, and pets.
   c. Keep your personal belongings safe at all times.
2. Costume
   a. Dress up according to the MeowLoween or Cat-themed concept. 
   b. Costumes and accessories must be safe and family-friendly. 
   c. Sharp, dangerous or potentially harmful accessories are not permitted. 
   d. For the Best Dressed Competition, the judges’ decision is final.
3. Games & Activities
   a. Please follow all safety instructions before and during each activity. 
   b. Pushing, fighting or any form of unsafe behaviour is strictly prohibited. 
   c. Please use all event equipment properly and responsibly.  
   d. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
4. Pet Safety
   a. Pets must be supervised by their owners at all times. 
   b. Owners are fully responsible for the safety, behaviour and wellbeing of their cats throughout the event.  
   c. Cats must remain appropriately secured in a carrier, stroller, harness or on a leash, where required.
   d. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and maintaining good hygiene throughout the event. 
   e. The organizer shall not be held responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or incident involving pets during the event.
5. Photos & Videos
   a. Photos and videos may be taken during the event for event documentation and promotional purposes.
   b. Please inform the event team if you do not wish to be photographed or filmed.
6. Event Safety
   a. Inform the event team immediately if you notice any unsafe situation. 
   b. The organiser reserves the right to stop, modify or cancel any activity when necessary for safety reasons. 
   c. The organiser reserves the right to make the final decision on all event-related matters.
