Public Liability Insurance
The helicopter operation is covered under the operator’s public liability insurance. A copy of the insurance policy will be provided for passengers’ reference.

Arrival Time Before Departure
Passengers are advised to arrive at the helipad at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time for registration and a safety briefing.

Identification
Passengers are required to bring valid identification (Passport / ID) for verification before boarding.
