How it works:

  1. Book: Reserve any hotel room via cash, credit card, debit card, GEM cash or e-wallet
  2. Stay: Enjoy our signature hospitality at any of our resorts
  3. Earn: Upon check-out, your Tier Points earning will multiply by 5

Note: The system automatically awards the applicable Tier Points for all eligible stays with a check-out date on or after 01.03.2026, including stays that checked in prior to March but checked out on or after the effective date.

Otherwise, redeem the limited-edition Genting’s Highland Heroes angpau packets with purchases worth RM98 and above in a single receipt at any retail kiosk at Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park. Limited to one (01) set per transaction only. Exchange your receipt at any retail kiosk within Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park.

  1. The 5X Tier Points (TP) awarding applies to eligible hotel room stays paid via cash payment, which includes credit card, debit card, physical cash, GEM Cash and e-wallet transactions.
  2. The entitlement is applicable to all hotel properties under the Genting Rewards Programme (including Resorts World Genting, Resorts World Awana, Resorts World Kijal and Resorts World Langkawi).
  3. Tier Points will be automatically awarded upon check-out, based on the finalised hotel folio.
  4. Only fully settled and completed stays are eligible for Tier Points awarding.
  5. Excluded transactions include complimentary stays, Genting Points (GP) redemption stays, voucher-based stays and non-cash settlement arrangements.
  6. Tier Points are calculated based on the eligible room charges reflected in the final folio in accordance with the existing Tier Points rules, and the resulting Tier Points will be automatically multiplied by X5 for eligible cash-paid hotel stays.
  7. Genting Points (GP) will continue to be awarded at the standard X1 rate, and are not affected by the X5 Tier Points awarding under this initiative.
  8. Genting Malaysia Berhad (GENM) reserves the right to cancel, amend or modify any of the terms and conditions contained herein (as may be revised by GENM from time to time) at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice to the members
  9. Any dispute arising from the Tier Points awarding shall be subject to Genting Rewards’ final decision, which shall be final and binding.
