1. Log on to Resorts World Genting App with Genting Rewards account
2. Click Redeem, you'll see: “Do you want to use this reward now?”
3. Selecting “Yes” generates a QR code, which is proof of Lucky Draw registration. The reward status changes to 'Redeemed.
4. If select “No, Use Later”, the app returns to the main page, but the reward status is still updated to 'Redeemed.

Important Notice:

• Regardless of whether the user selects "Yes," "No," or "Use Later," the action confirms successful registration for the Lucky Draw, and the redemption is final.
• Users who select "No, Use Later" can view their registration in the "Redeemed Rewards" section of the app.

1. This event is open to all Genting Rewards members. Qualifying members will be notified via SMS /email. You may also check your qualifications via our i-Kiosk.
2. Invited members will receive a complimentary room for one (01) night stay on the draw ceremony day. You may make a reservation by calling our hotline at +603 2718 1118  or your host to receive a confirmation on a first come, first served basis.
3. Failure to check-in will be considered as a no-show and a penalty fee will be charged. Please refer to the Complimentary Room Terms & Conditions here for more details.
4. You will need to register your participation via our i-Kiosk  or the Resorts World Genting mobile app seven (07) days before the draw ceremony from 12mn – 3pm.
5. After registering, you must be located within the resort to qualify for a win.
6. Qualified winners must remain at the resort premises and redeem their prizes by 7:00 PM.
7. This draw does not apply to other ongoing promotions. This draw’s winnings and complimentary stay cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or extended.
8. Failure to comply with these rules may result in you being disqualified from the draw, and prizes will be forfeited.
