Among the precautionary measures that we have taken include:
 

• Mandatory temperature check for all guests before entry to hotel.
• Rooms are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and indicated with a seal before guest check-in.
• Guest rooms and amenities are disinfected with hospital-grade cleaning products and industry-approved chemicals.
• More emphasis is given to frequent contact areas such as switches, door handle, closet, TV, remote control, and thermostat.
• All printed materials (e.g. magazine, laundry bill and printed menu) and pen have been removed from guest rooms. These are available only upon request.
• Hotel services menu are available for viewing via our in-house TV channel (where applicable).
• Air sterilizers are installed to remove airborne particles and destroy microorganisms.
