I shall ensure that all occupants of this Room are registered with the Hotel Reception pursuant to the Registration of Guests Act 1965.
I agree to be personally liable for the payment of the charges for the Room if the person, company or association responsible for payment of the same does not do so. You further agree that my liability of such payment shall be joint and several with such person, company or association.
The Hotel will provide an individual Safe Deposit Box which is located in the Room (where applicable) or Safe Deposit Box located at the Hotel Reception where valuables may be kept. The Hotel’s liabilities in respect of any loss or damage to the items deposited in the Safe Deposit Box are governed by the Innkeepers Act 1952.
The guest and all the occupants in this Room here expressly consent to the Hotel to use and process the guests’ personal data and such other information in accordance to Genting Malaysia Berhad’s Personal Data Processing Statement (https://www.rwgenting.com/en/privacy-policy.html) and / or for any other purposes which is/are deemed necessary the compliance by Genting Malaysia Berhad with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and other relevant laws.
As provided in the Unclaimed Moneys Act 1965, the Company shall submit any deposit not claimed by guests/customers for more than 1 year to Registrar of Unclaimed Money (“Registrar”) as unclaimed moneys. Upon submission to Registrar, the Company shall no longer be liable to the guests/customers for such deposit and any claim to the same shall be made by the guests/customers directly with the Registrar.
