  1. All prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
  2. Reservations for the day trip packages are available online via rwgenting.com or at the Reception at Resorts World Awana (only cash is accepted).
  3. Children aged 4 and below may enjoy free admission.
  4. For guided nature walk, all guests are advised to arrive at Resorts World Awana 30 minutes before the walk begins and sign an indemnity waiver. Failure to do so may result in the participant missing out on certain walk components without compensation or refund.
  5. All guests must retain their confirmation email(s) for inspection. The Management reserves the right to deny redemption for any guest(s) who do not own a valid confirmation email.
  6. All guests must comply with swimming pool & trails’ safety guidelines, rules and regulations.
  7. No request to change the validity date of the purchased packages shall be entertained.
  8.  The packages are strictly non-transferable, not for sale or exchange and non-refundable under any circumstances, including external factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g. haze, inclement weather, governmental acts, acts of God, riots or strikes) and will be void if altered, defaced or tampered.
  9. In the event that the trail operations are hindered or may be hindered due to inclement weather, power outage, other natural disasters, infrastructure dysfunction, or other reasons for which the Management cannot be held responsible, the operation may be suspended, or the hiking duration or journey may be reduced. The Management reserves the right to cancel or postpone without refunds or compensation.
  10. The Management reserves the right to:
    a. Require additional information or proof of identity from you for the purpose of redeeming the Tickets and/or packages,
    b. and deny your confirmation email redemption if you breach these Terms and Conditions or if, in our reasonable opinion, the transaction is deemed fraudulent.
  11. The Management reserves the right to review and revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  12. No delay or failure on our part in exercising any right, power or remedy under these Terms & Conditions shall operate as a waiver of such right, power or remedy.
  13. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. By participating, you hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
  14. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English and other language versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  15. Image rights: The guest(s) agreed to the use of photography/videography taken during the nature walk experiences for promotional purposes on the website and/or relevant social media platforms. If you do not want to participate, please let the guide know before the nature walk begins.
