    The best way to get to Resorts World Genting is to fly up in the new Awana SkyWay cable car which only takes 10 minutes to reach the peak and offers a bird’s eyeview of the lush, green surroundings.

    If you are driving, you can leave your car at the Awana Car Park which has an improved car park management system.

    The system includes a Car Park Level Counting System and sensor lights which will make it easier to locate vacant bays and help to ensure smoother traffic flow.

    With 4,500 bays available, the Awana Car Park also serves the new Genting Highlands Premium Outlets.

    If you face any difficulty, please use the intercom at the car park entrance and exits to seek assistance or proceed to the Car Park Management Office at Level B3.

      It is located at Levels B1 to B8 of the Genting Highlands Premium Outlets building at midhill.

      Yes, the Awana Car Park has designated parking bays for the disabled and there are lifts to all the levels.

      Yes. The parking fee per day is RM5 (weekdays)/ RM8 (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). However, all Genting Rewards members, including those holding SkyCards, can park for free.
    • Is there a grace period to exit the car park?
      Yes. After you have validated your parking ticket, please collect your vehicle and exit the car park within 30 minutes.
    • Is there designated parking for members?
      No, there is no designated parking for members.
    • What is the height limit of the Awana Car Park?
      The car park entrance clearance bar is two metres high.
    • Is valet service available?
      Valet service is not available at this moment.
    • Is there a fine for lost ticket?
      A fine of RM100 will be imposed for lost parking ticket.

      We have introduced a paid parking system at the Awana Car Park effective 15.06.2017. Please follow the instructions below on how to use the automated payment machine (APM) before heading to your vehicle to exit the car park.

      Step 1:
      Insert the car park ticket as instructed.

      Step 2:
      If you are a Genting Rewards member, insert your membership card in the same slot.

      Step 3:
      Proceed to pay the amount indicated on the screen. Genting Rewards members will not be charged any fee.

      Step 4:
      Collect your Genting Rewards membership card, car park ticket, any change and receipt.

      Step 5:
      You may now proceed to your vehicle. Please exit the car park within 30 minutes of payment. If you face any problem, you may seek assistance from the Car Park Management office at Level B3 or use the intercom located at the APM and all entry and exit stations.
