  • Who can redeem or purchase items at the Marketplace?

    All Genting Rewards members who have a valid log-in ID and password can redeem and purchase items at the Marketplace.

    I am Singaporean citizen with a valid Genting Rewards log-in ID and password. Can I redeem items from the Marketplace?

    We are unable to accept payment by credit and debit cards issued outside of Malaysia at the moment. However, members from outside Malaysia, including Singapore, may redeem items using Genting Points deduction only.

    What is Click & Collect?

    Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your purchase directly from the merchant. To Click & Collect, follow these 3 simple steps:

    STEP 1
    Pick your items by adding to Shopping Cart > Select preferred collection date > Log in to your Genting Rewards account > Verify purchase > Proceed to checkout

    STEP 2
    Choose your payment method and confirm payment

    STEP 3
    Collect your items from the merchant outlet

    You will receive an e-mail notification when your order is ready for collection. The location for item collection will be indicated on your Purchase Confirmation Statement.

    Will I be charged for using Click & Collect?

    This service is available for free and at no additional cost.

    What if I do not have a PIN or forgotten my PIN?

    Just click ‘Request PIN’ on the log-in screen. A PIN will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

    Do I need a new log-in ID and password to use this portal?

    No. You may use your existing Genting Rewards log-in ID and password to access this portal.

    How do I pay for my purchases?

    The following options are available for payment:
    1. Visa or MasterCard
    2. Genting Points (GP)
    3. FASTrak redemption (Cash + GP Points)

    Can I pay using International credit and debit cards?

    We are unable to accept payment by credit and debit cards issued outside of Malaysia at the moment.

    Can I pay using a credit card that is not registered under my name?

    No. Security and anti-fraud measures are in place to ensure that transactions are performed by legitimate owners of each credit or debit card. For your safety, you should not let others have access to your card details.

    I did not receive a confirmation e-mail. What should I do?

    Please let our customer service personnel know at hotline@gentingrewards.com.my or call +603 6105 2028.

    Where should I collect my purchase?

    The location for item collection will be indicated on your Purchase Confirmation Statement, which you will receive via e-mail. You can also retrieve your statement under the “Transaction History” tab on the portal.

    Is there a collection deadline?

    Click & Collect orders will be kept for 30 days from the date of order. After 30 days, your order will be revoked and items purchased will not be refunded.

    Can I change or cancel my Click and Collect order?

    Orders cannot be changed after check-out. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service personnel at hotline@genting.com.my within 24 hours.

    What do I need when collecting my purchase?

    Please present these documents when collecting your purchase:
    1. Original identity card (NRIC) or passport
    2. Original credit card used for payment
    3. Copy of the Purchase Confirmation Statement

    Can I appoint someone to collect my purchase?

    To protect our customers, only the person specified in the Purchase Confirmation Statement is allowed to collect purchased items. This person will also be required to provide appropriate identification for verification.
