What is Tap & Play?
The Tap & Play card is a convenient cashless payment system in which monetary value is stored in a card for use at designated terminals to allow the user to play games with more convenience.

How does the Tap & Play card work?
To play, Tap the card onto the small reader fixed on the machines displaying the Tap & Play icon. The price of each game will be deducted from the card value.

Where can I use the Tap & Play card?
The Tap & Play card can be used at all video simulation machines, redemption machines, skills games, kiddie rides and children’s rides at Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park, Sky VR, Vision City and BigTop Video Games Park.

Where can I purchase an Tap & Play card?
Tap & Play cards can be purchased at the cashier counters located at Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park, Sky VR, Vision City and BigTop Video Games Park.

Can I top up the Tap & Play value if the credits are not sufficient?
Yes, guests may top up the value at the cashier counters and kiosks located at Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park, Sky VR, Vision City and BigTop Video Games Park.

Can the Tap & Play credit balance be refunded?
No. Tap & Play credits are valid for 90 days from the last activity. Any unutilised balance is non-refundable.

What are Tap & Play e-Tickets?
Tap & Play e-Tickets are the digital points earned from redemption machines and stored in the card. These can be converted into redemption points for gift redemption.

What is the value of Tap & Play e-Tickets?
Every 100 Tap & Play e-Ticket points are equivalent to RM2.50.

Will the Tap & Play e-Ticket points expire?
E-Tickets in the Tap & Play card are valid for 24 months from the date earned. Tap & Play e-Tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other forms of services/products.

How can I redeem a gift using Tap & Play e-Tickets?

  • Convert your Tap & Play e-Tickets into Redemption Points at the service counters located at Vision City and BigTop Video Games Park.
  • Present the Redemption Points receipt and your Tap & Play card prior to transaction at The Emporium, Level 2, SkyAvenue and BigTop Video Games Park.
  • Converted Redemption Points must be used on the date of conversion only and sufficient redemption points are required for each transaction.
