Richie Jen is a pop singer from Taiwan, China. After debuting as a singer in 1990, he released his first album Too Softhearted in 1996 which broke sales records by selling 26 million copies. With this album’s release, Jen became well-known for his title track "Too Softhearted". Revered as one of the iconic C-pop singers in the 80s and 90s, and his songs are enduring classics. In 2019, Jen launched a tour that received great attention nationwide and tickets were in high demand. Jen has a number of impressive classic tracks under his belt, such as "The Sad Pacific", "Look Over Here, Girl" and so on.

  • Ticket prices are subject to a RM4 processing fee.
  • Each guest, including children of all ages and infants, must hold a ticket to enter the concert hall.
  • The concert starts at 9pm sharp on 31.03.2023 and 8:30pm sharp on 01.04.2023, so please be seated by or before then.
  • Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance.
  1. A standard child ticket rate is RM50. Children must be shorter than 95cm to be eligible for a child ticket priced at RM50 without a seat, while children taller than 95cm must purchase tickets according to the published rates.
  2. To enter the concert venue, every concert-goer MUST present a valid ticket, including children of all ages and infants.
  3. The concert starts at 9pm (on 31.03.2023)/ 8:30pm sharp (on 01.04.2023), so please be seated by or before then. Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance.
  4. Each ticket includes admission for one (01) person and is applicable across all ages including children and infants.
  5. The discounted rates published above are only available to a stipulated number of tickets and are subject to change without prior notice.
  6. Tickets are on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Tickets sold are NOT refundable or exchangeable.
  7. Organizer shall not be liable and responsible for any loss or damage on the tickets sold.
  8. No third-party ticket collection is allowed unless an Authorization Letter, photocopy of the credit card that made the payment and credit card holder's NRIC/ passport is produced during ticket collection on the event day. By failing to produce any of these documents, the organizer reserves the rights to not release the ticket(s).
  9. Admission is strictly by the date and time specified on the ticket. Any request to exchange any ticket with a ticket of a different price scale or to change the date and/or time of the show will not be entertained.
  10. Strictly no video recording and photography allowed during the show.
  11. Video cameras, cameras and tablet computers such as iPad are not allowed in the venue.
  12. Lost or damaged ticket(s) will not be entertained.
